ji33 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" — the individual registered account created by a User on the ji33 platform.

ji33 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys, Driver's License, Passport, UMID, Postal ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ji33 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs). You must not share your credentials with any third party. ji33 will never ask for your password via chat, email, or telephone. Any unauthorized access to your Account must be reported to ji33 support immediately.

All activity conducted through your Account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorized such activity. ji33 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

Your ji33 Account is for your personal use only. You may not use your Account on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your Account or any rights therein to any other person. You may not use your ji33 Account for any commercial purpose.

ji33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Available payment methods are subject to change. All payment methods must be registered in your own name and match the identity information on your ji33 Account. ji33 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.

Deposits are credited to your ji33 Account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider under normal operating conditions. ji33 sets minimum and maximum deposit limits which are displayed within your Account dashboard. ji33 reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time.

Withdrawal requests are processed by ji33 within the timeframes specified on the platform (typically under 10 minutes for GCash and Maya under normal conditions). Withdrawals are subject to completion of identity verification (KYC). ji33 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending AML review, verification requirements, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

All transactions on ji33 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, where applicable due to your payment provider, are your responsibility.

• Only one bonus may be claimed per promotion per Account unless otherwise stated.

In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, the game server log shall be the primary source of truth. Game outcome disputes must be submitted to ji33 support within 72 hours of the disputed event. ji33's decision following review of server logs is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ji33 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Fraud: Any form of fraudulent activity including use of stolen payment credentials, false identity documents, or unauthorized chargebacks.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, exploiting promotional offers, or using automated systems to systematically abuse bonus structures.
• Money Laundering: Using ji33 deposits and withdrawals to launder proceeds of unlawful activity in violation of Philippine AML law.
• Underage Play: Registering or playing on behalf of a person below 21 years of age.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated betting software, or any exploit of a software bug or malfunction to gain advantage.
• Unauthorized Account Access: Accessing another player's Account without authorization.
• Prohibited Jurisdiction Access: Accessing ji33 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful.

All content on the ji33 platform — including but not limited to the ji33 name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and design elements — is the proprietary property of ji33 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use ji33 services for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No other rights are granted. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any ji33 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

ji33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, where ji33 reasonably believes that: (a) these Terms & Conditions have been violated; (b) fraudulent or illegal activity has occurred or is suspected; (c) the Account holder is not eligible to use the Platform; or (d) suspension is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory requirement.

Upon termination of an Account for cause, any remaining Account balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where termination is initiated by ji33 without cause, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting ji33 support. Self-exclusion options — including temporary pause and permanent closure — are available to all players as part of ji33's responsible gaming framework.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ji33's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ji33 shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, consequential, or incidental loss; (b) loss of profits or gaming winnings resulting from circumstances outside ji33's reasonable control; (c) interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events; (d) loss resulting from your failure to maintain Account security.

ji33's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the ji33 Privacy Policy, available at ji33.win/privacy-policy. By registering an Account on ji33, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

ji33 processes personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection laws including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your data is used for account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, customer support, and fraud prevention purposes.

Where any provision of these Terms & Conditions conflicts with applicable Philippine law or regulation, the applicable law or regulation shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
